Connecting with Empathy


In marketing I always wonder about the mix of selling a service and selling the best service. Do we as communicators lead people to the right resource for them?

We love working within healthcare and insurance because we get the opportunity to connect with people at their time of greatest need; a medical emergency, the joy of birth, the pain of loss, and we got to play a role in getting them to you, the service provider, who can bring them the help they need.
