When we have first contact with a new client our conversations usually go one of two ways.
1) There is a specific deliverable that needs to be created, a specific project that needs to be bid
2) There is something that needs to be communicated
Interestingly, both needs are the same, but simply at different stages. Our goal is always to understand what needs to be communicated, to who, and then tackle the 'how'. For example, a marketing director may know they want to communicate the culture of their brand. Part of our job is determine if that's best done through a single film, a series of shorter content pieces for social media, or something else. Likely, it's possible to do both!
