A character-driven TV campaign with Comcast that boosted awareness and led to a second year of commercials.

The Challenge
“The largest provider in the Bay Area that no one has heard of”, this was what the team at Bay Area Surgical Specialists (BASS) shared with us as we talked about their motivation behind launching a broadcast campaign. “We want people to know that we’re here and we’re your neighbors in this community.”
The Solution
We developed a TV campaign with partners at Comcast.
✦ Strategy
We created a series of 3 commercials, each focused on a different character and what they could need from BASS.
The success of the campaign led BASS to return the following year for 3 more commercials.

Video Deliverables
Working with Union was very refreshing. From the very first call, they understood how to create videos for healthcare brands and how to create impactful videos that would connect with our local community.
