
“Product Differentiation”, In-Store and Digital Campaign
A clear explainer-led campaign helping Jabra Enhance stand out through in-store and digital content.
✦ Overview
The Challenge:
The first email said “Jabra Enhance is considering producing a "how it works" type of video explainer to help prospective customers understand our differentiation.” This is the Number One thing I hear, 'We need help communicating what makes us different.'
The Solution:
We focused on the explainer as our ‘hero video’, the pillar video in our brand video strategy. From there we knew we’d be able to pull out all other deliverables.
✦ Strategy
We dove into our 3-step discovery, we looked at:
- Understanding the differentiators ourselves
- Guiding to the video styles that help communicate that well
- Developing campaign creative that aligns with the budget
In the end, we produced:
- This 30 second commercial
- A 60 second commercial
- And a 7 Min video answering all FAQs through a story, for use in store and online.
