Overview

The Challenge:

The first email said “Jabra Enhance is considering producing a "how it works" type of video explainer to help prospective customers understand our differentiation.” This is the Number One thing I hear, 'We need help communicating what makes us different.'

The Solution:

We focused on the explainer as our ‘hero video’, the pillar video in our brand video strategy. From there we knew we’d be able to pull out all other deliverables.

Strategy

We dove into our 3-step discovery, we looked at:

  • Understanding the differentiators ourselves
  • Guiding to the video styles that help communicate that well
  • Developing campaign creative that aligns with the budget

In the end, we produced:

  • This 30 second commercial
  • A 60 second commercial
  • And a 7 Min video answering all FAQs through a story, for use in store and online.
