A values-driven recruitment series that helped Ribbon Health stand out during the great resignation—boosting LinkedIn traffic by 500%.

The Challenge
Ribbon Health was exploding as a company and had big hiring goals, but it was 2022 and the height of ‘the great resignation’. Brands need to stand out uniquely to win the talent they want to hire, so Ribbon came to us.
The Solution
While most brands say they have core values they live by, we found that Ribbon was one of the few brands that truly do. We decided to base the campaign around those values.
✦ Strategy
We created a series of 3 videos, each focusing on 2 of their core values. Then, created social versions for each of the 6 core values.
These videos we used as Linkedin Ads and drove a 500% increase in traffic from Linkedin to Ribbon Health’s career page.
