Overview

The Challenge:

“We have a patient with an amazing story… but they’re in rural West Virginia”. The team at Canon didn’t yet know our first Emmy Award was for a documentary series filmed in Haiti. 

The Solution:

Canon knew they wanted to capture this story, now we just needed to pull together the logistics and deliverables strategy.

Strategy

We start all testimonials with first, understanding the marketing message. Then, we conduct pre-interviews with the subjects of the story - in this case, Allen and his daughter.

These pre-interviews are critical as they help us understand how the subject naturally talks and responds to questions. Doing this we can find the most authentic cross-overs between the marketing message goals and the subject’s story.
